📦 Where We Deliver:

We deliver nationwide across Pakistan, including major cities like:

  • Karachi

  • Lahore

  • Islamabad

  • Faisalabad

  • Multan

  • Peshawar

  • And all other areas supported by courier services

⏱️ Estimated Delivery Time:

  • Lahore, Karachi, Islamabad: 2–3 working days

  • Other cities: 3–5 working days

  • Remote areas: 4–7 working days (depending on courier availability)

🛍️ Order Processing Time:

All orders are processed within 24–48 hours after confirmation.
You will receive a confirmation call or WhatsApp message before your order is shipped.

🚫 Products Not Eligible for Return:

Due to hygiene and health concerns, the following items cannot be returned once opened or used:

  • Sexual wellness products

  • Skincare products (if unsealed)

  • Health supplements

  • Opened/used creams, oils, or serums

Please double-check product details before confirming your order.

🔁 Return & Exchange Policy

Your satisfaction is our priority. If you receive:

  • A wrong product

  • A damaged item

  • Or something that’s not as described

You can request an exchange or return within 3 days of receiving the product.

✅ Conditions for Return:

  • Item must be unused, unopened, and in original packaging

  • Customer must provide proof (photo/video) of the issue

  • Courier charges for return will be customer’s responsibility (unless it was our fault)

🛑 Important Notes:

  • Products returned without prior notice will not be accepted

  • Refunds (if applicable) will be issued via bank transfer or Easypaisa/JazzCash

  • Refunds take 3–7 working days after product is received and verified
